Summary: "Great Service!"

This was the first time we ordered anything from Amazon.com and we were very pleasantly suprised. The product shipped earlier than we were told, it arrived in great condition, no damage, and it was the product we ordered. Unfortunately, we ordered the wrong product, so we had to return it. This too went very smoothly. We packaged it back up in the original packaging, went online to report a return, we were sent the return label to print, affixed it to the package to send back, and mailed it back via US Mail. It was returned within a matter of 3-5 days, we were notified of the product returned received, our credit was given back to us within 1-2 days, and we are very pleased with the whole experience.

We have already recommended Amazon.com to other to use in their future ordering initiatives. Thank you.

Summary: "Grand Cherokee Power Window Regulator (Driver)"

Works like it should at a fraction of the cost of having the OEM installed at the dealer. No loss in function. Beware the plastic parts that have to carry the load (which is the part that failed on the last one). If I replace it infrequently, it still works out as a better deal.
